They did one in August 1984, and my car was the star on it. A copy came with the car.
I subscribe to PC and will see what they have to say 27 years on. Sometimes those Buying Guides put you off buying the particular car and are sometimes written by someone who does not really know much about them and just collates what "experts" have told him. I read a guide a few years ago on Austin 7's and it was far too pessimistic and down right wrong in places.

Generally I have to agree, but I've got 8 or 10 Stag articles in various mags, and in the last 2 or 3 Years the tone has improved dramatically. Martin.
