    Bulkhead Brake Pipes

    Hello,
Has anyone got a pair of original brake pipes they can lend me? Mine look like two lengths of rope and are messy. So I would like to remake them but need a pattern to work with.
    kind regards,

    Hi,

I should still have the pair that I took off the car a couple of years ago, can't check until next weekend but if they're OK I'll be in north Norfolk this time in 2 weeks so can bring them over

      Thankyou Mark,
Please let me know what you find. I will check the forum daily, so please let me know either way and I will come back to you. I will post them back to you. I am looking for nice straight ones to match up. I think mine have been made from a kit of coiled pipe.

      regards

Here's what I've got, although there is some corrosion they can be used for a test fit before making copies.

That's them! They are perfect. I will be making new ones but cannot use mine as patterns. I think that when my car was restored the pipes were missing so they used the lengths provided in a kit, and made it fit in the engine bay, hence their odd shape.
Did you want to post them? I can pay you via paypal.
            kind regards
            Richard

As I said in my original post, I'll be in north Norfolk for a week from next Friday so will bring them with me. We should be able to manage to meet up.
