The above picture clearly shows the cup washer which is welded to the chassis leg. It is worthwhile checking these as that area is a bit of a rust trap. When I stripped my car the nearside one was completely rotted away. They can be bought from Robsports. See pic belowOriginally posted by MandM View Post

Ive only had to repair the chassis hole, wear the radius arm ripped out of the chassis on one car,but that was mostly due to rust

OK, think we might have got this one licked now with all of the comments! Dunno about you, but I reckon this is the first time I've seen all of the components shown in their correct orientation - yeah SOC!

Post 24 looks spot on to me with the Robsport washers.
Just wish the chassis repair cup had been available when I needed one - had to fabricate one.Comment

Proof of the pudding is in the eating. I ordered the Robsport washers and they arrived yesterday. Unfortunately - for the purists - their 134556 washer is no longer dished - it's more lke the Rimmers offering. On their eBay website it is still shown as truly dished like in the above pic in post 24, on their Shop website it isn't, and that's the one that arrived. The 134557 is good, with the smaller hole.
