    Stagweber header tank

Hi, Can someone who has fitted the header tank in question help me please.
Is this the way the bots are fitted on the 10mm hose with the flow restrictor?

    Thanks.

yes. correct but the rubber pipe connects to the top outlet of the tank and not that one. I had issues fitting that . it's not a great design and others have used banjo bolts . I tapped onto the top radiator hose.

Looks like the top outlet to me on the photo

        The answer isn't 42, it's 1/137

Surely you should be calling Chris Spain, Suk otherwise you may invalidate any warranty you might have.

Now I see it on my PC.

I got rid of that poorly design thing and used something like this in the top hose. https://www.fillernecksupply.com/1-1...-fitting-30mm/ Considering this kit is not cheap, he could have done a better job for this.

I recall if used a 32 mm one.

I spoke with him in February and I’m sure he said he was closing down for the summer season and would be back in autumn.

                        Cheaper on Amazon I think.

You also need one of these: npt barbed fitting

I found a right angled one worked better.

If it’s so poorly designed why buy it in the first place ! Make your own.
I fitted mine it works perfect. No complaints instructions are plain and simple.

True, but I misplaced the instructions, hence the call for help. I got stuff lying all over the house ready to fit on. Probably find the instructions when all is fitted, normally the case with me
