power steering pully on end of crank pulley

I see there are two pulleys used on the Stag. 159151 and 155512. iI gets sandwiched between crank pulley 21534 and spigot 15915. I'm assuming the only difference is that the nose of the pulley is thicker or thinner. Would this seem plausible? I'm assuming if you ditch the coupling and fan, it doesn't matter which you use else it does. Also, if you do ditch the coupling and fan, you need to use a shorter crank shaft bolt.

Correct, you will need a shorter bolt.

I have no VC or mechanical fan - electric only.
I had to use a shorter bolt, no idea how much shorter it was though - too long ago.

You could just put the original in as far as it will go, then measure the gap. A shorter bolt of the original minus the gap + 1/4".
That's effectively what I did.

The mk1 is shorter. With the Mk1 pulley and without the fan or spigot I am using a 3" bolt.. the 3-1/2" land Rover Item was too long.
