Good picture & description of how it works in that doc. I hadn't seen that one before.
Mine has always been a bit iffy on choke, I'll check those next time I'm in there.

Doc is now in my archive.

    Neil.

edit: Curiosity got the better of me, so I went & took them off, they are both correct.
    One, L/H had a gasket, the R/ H didn't, now neither have.

FYI - that is the rh carb item ( the one you can get off without removing the air filter box).
ok Thank for taking the time to post up the pic,I will work it out from photo
    Cheers Wilf

Just for clarity are you saying that the four holes sit at the the bottom of the carb ,ie pointing south or to the floor?

    Many thanks Wilf,
this is a useful reference to me and others cheers

Have you managed to push the disc out whilst in situ on the carb, with carbs still fitted? I know the airbox would need to be removed

    Cheers
I see no reason why the carbs need to be removed

But the module needs to come off the carb first, 2 screws and the cable of course.

The disc pushes through on the inside of the module housing, dead easy to see when you look at it on the bench

two screws to each on as has been said already. undo the nut securing the outside lever to the choke cables and you should be able to push the disc with the little holes through the body.

    Hi Suj,
Do you mean a gasket around the plate with holes ,the enrichment valve?
