Clutch master cylinder

Well, I decided to look my clutch master cylinder for leaks, since my slave cylinder is leaking Under the foot well I went and it seems to be weeping. New ones are available, but look different to the original. Besides, LDParts resleeving the original. Are the original looking ones available outright without a core charge?

I was looking for one. couldnt find any.....ended up fitting the trw offering.
There was a used one on ebay from a swiss sellar but the postage was ridiculous.
Maybe Theo could find one from his recently acquired n.o.s. stash?
I kept the original with a view to rebuilding it at a later date, with a seal kit & possibly a re-sleeve.

I fitted the TRW one, no problems so far..
I wasn't even aware it looked different, not building a 100 point car here! The hardest thing was finding a reservoir, I got one but used the s/s one anyways.

Is the bore bad? if its just seeping it may just need a slight hone and a repair kit, you won't know until you get it off.

I found a place here in California which can resleeve it with a SS sleeve for 90$. Someone also suggested honing, but knowing my luck it will still leak. I did rebuild this cylinder with a new kit, The bore seems seemed OK. Unlike the slave cylinder which is totally leaking, this one is weeping.
