    First drive after engine rebuild etc


    Finally today the Weather was perfect for a drive with our beloved Stag. It has taken long, but today she was out in the Autumn sun with new paint in engine bay, bonnet and front panel, rebuilt engine and lots of refinishing on little tings. Not everything is working, but it’s a revelation to have it back on it’s wheels.

      During a tricky major lengthy restoration, it can help to have a drive in a good example, to keep morale going. Glad to see another restoration getting there!
      There are 2 secrets to staying on top :- 1. Don't give everything away.
