    Clips

    Hello
The tilt knob on the side of the seat keeps coming off. There was a little metal clip inside which is missing. Is there a replacement available?

if you have access to a good car accessorie shop or engineering supplier you may be able to get hold of a small spire nut, (flat spring steel that takes a self tapping screw) it should perform the same job as the missing clip, failing that, drill through and either a screw or roll pin.

I purchased a couple of seat tilt knobs from Paddocks, but I didn't get the spire clips with them.
I temporarily used a standard spire nut by cutting it down to size, but now I have refurbished my seats I will order the correct spire clips (613869) from LD Part or Rimmers, once I have something else to make the minimum delivery charge worthwhile.

I have a knob and have a 613869 (listed as the horse house clip) it doesn't fit., but could be cut up to.

Thanks for letting me know that the 613869 clip does not fit.
I don't have a better solution at present, so I will probably need to resize and make it fit.
This clip certainly looks like a better starting point than the spire nut I used previously.

Thanks guys, this looks to be the way to go. Tbe clip is closer to the right size than that supplied by Rimmers. I think the original clip was thinner than the one available now.
