How about this as an alternative to a Holley conversion

I have a set of inlet manifolds for a set of webers (I believe one of only four sets made by HRS).

I might use them, but currently going down a slightly different route

Trying to work out what the ally tank in the bottom left of picture is? Any ideas? not a header tank as it seems independent of the cooling system.

Where did you spot this one Bill?

        Another on the same theme

A closed circuit crankcase breather tank? Used something that looks very similar on a 105E Anglia Historic Racer that I built a good many moons ago - racing motors are not allowed to have open engine breathers lest oil gets dumped on the track...... a breather hose from each bank to me would be the giveaway...

I personnally think its a shame he changed the colour and changed the headlight configuration, part of the cars charm is its history and all of that was achieved in blue. Apart from that he has done an excellent job, breathing life into this unique Stag. The asking price cannot equate to anything other than a very low hourly rate.

I was wondering how on earth you buy a car like this, strip, rebuild and repaint it and make a profit with a sale price of 10k?!
