eBay Auction - can't identify a part

I recognise some of the seals but can't think where the one at bottom left would fit. I'm sure I don't have one on my Stag. Any clues as to where it fits?

That was one of my thoughts but
a) nothing in parts catalog (at least nothing on my 1978 copy)
b) holes are all wrong
