I think you are right - the price has come down a little, which makes them even more attractive

I bought mine from Harringtons direct following their eBay advert in Feb 2010 and they cost £718 including all postage & packing and VAT etc.

Doesn't seem like they have become cheaper to me.

I would love a set but alas the well is dry as regards funds. Plus, a new soft top would be before them in the queue.

i know the feeling - but agree with your order of priority, i did the soft top of mine well before the bumpers !

                Hi Andy,

Your right I should of mentioned that, or said it a lot cheaper to get them direct but would you have to pay an import charge?

FWIW I bought a set from them in October last year and approached them directly .. they said I could have them for £675 delivered .... so I ordered on the spot and a week later they arrived from Vietnam.

Great service and great bumpers, not that I've yet fitted them. Martin Thaddeus is busy finishing off my doors and once they are done I'll get the new bumpers fitted.

I think I was perhaps just lucky to have got "free" delivery.
                  Cheers

yeh.... i think you would have to be mentally prepared to pay import duty - but you could well get lucky and avoid it

Mine were delivered DDP = Delivery and Duty Paid. The price with postage included ALL taxes, duties, customs. They came directly from Vietnam to Germany. Package arrived and I didn't even have to go to customs to clear it.

This is the message Harrington sent me:

                      Hello Mr xxx,
                      Thank you for your email.
Our website price of 815€ also includes tax and duties! We ship our bumpers with a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) stamp, which means that we are in charge of all arising fees.
815€ is the final price you will have to pay!
Feel free to contact me if you have any more question.

i know that mine came with everything inc. all the fixings when i bought from Wards - i don't know what Harringtons supply in way of fixings/rubber finishers

                              overriders - yes
seals between overriders and bumper - yes
some bolts (which I think are the ones to fit the side bits to the centre bit rear - yes
wrought iron bars which go between the bumper and car - no

Haven't unwrapped everything yet, so can't be more specific. Will unwrap stuff if you really need to know, but perhaps best emailing Harringtons as they may have varied the total package since I bought in Feb 2010.

Someone said that the TRIUMPH plinth isn't included.
