For Sale - 1976 Blue Triumph Stag

    Contact: wadsworth.mike09 [at]

Hi all, My Name is Michael and I am new to the Stag Owners Club. I am looking to sell the Triumph Stag I own with my brother and father. I wasn't able to add photos to this post but you can find photos here: (I tried using the image uploader but wouldn't let me)

This is a Blue 1976 Triumph Stag 2997cc, The engine was completely rebuilt in the late 2000s by a former owner and has done c. 15,000 since between the 2 recent owners and us over the last year.

Within the last 6 months, our Stag has had:
    • A full service
    • All brakes and the handbrake have been replaced.
    • Rear seat belts installed for increased safety
    • and, the starter motor has been reconditioned
The mechanic who completed the service had mentioned that it was the smoothest running Stag he'd heard!

We have thoroughly enjoyed owning our Stag (affectionately known as Sandra) over the last 18 months, but we haven't had time to drive the Stag as much as we'd hoped, and the Stag should be out there as often as possible with the owner enjoying that engine!

With the Stag there is comprehensive MOT and Service reports including the restoration on the engine and bodywork. The Stag also comes with a perspex wind-deflector splitter that goes behind the front passenger seats & the original Blue hardtop cover.

Happy to share more photos, or further explanation of the stag (incl. sharing the registration plate if needed) - please do email me at wadsworth.mike09 [at] and I'll get back to you asap and can share my phone number then if you'd prefer to chat by phone.

    Wishing you all the best!
